Women empowerment has so many different connotations and venues by which it can be delivered. Since relocating to India, I have realized that many women, in a variety of sectors aren’t feeling ENCOURAGED or EMPOWERED to execute their daily responsibilities in the workplace or in their personal lives with CONFIDENCE and JOY and STRENGTH.
SHE SPEAKS is an initiative started by Kinita with the influence of her 48+ years of lived cross-cultural experiences and as a Gallup Global Certified Strengths Coach, Business owner and an international author and speaker.
We originally started by providing online sessions to engage and empower professional and businesswomen but have decided to rebrand and streamline our approach to increase value and make it more accessible.

Kinita was born in India and has lived cross-culturally for 48+ years between Canada and the USA. As the Founder / CEO of Seema Global Consulting, a USA-based company and registered in India, she is a GALLUP Global Certified Strengths Coach, Published Author, and International Speaker with extensive experience as a DEIB Practitioner (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging). She has a passion for personal and professional growth in herself and in others, with women empowerment being the impetuous for SHE SPEAKS.

Kinita delivers the content in USA / Canadian English, but during our sharing time, she will often respond in Hindi as needed.
